When not involved in judging AKC events, Dave is actively instructing gun dog owners on how to train their dogs, and appreciate the bond that is felt when a handler and dog become a team.

Each day, Dave hold's 2-hour, one-on-one classes for all three disciplines: Pointers, Flushers and Retrievers.  Group classes are held for those considering entering tests such as AKC, NAVHDA or NAHRA.
